I’m going to teach you all the secrets on how to get followers fast and how to really start growing your Instagram presence.

I have grown my Instagram pretty quickly and I have also really helped some of my clients Skyrocket, but followers are a vanity metric. The first way to get a thousand followers fast is to niche down and be unique. Figure out what it is that you uniquely offer to the world when you are a niche person. 

Engagement:

Engagement is the most important thing about Instagram. Instagram is a social network platform so you need to be social, that means that you need to get out there first and go out and interact with people.

Make sure that you are spending 30 minutes a day sending DM’s making sure that people are seeing you and you’re getting noticed by people. 

Make viral content that your audience wants to see. You want to make sure that you’re creating valuable content. If you’re a copywriter create viral content around the best headlines to write. If you’re an entrepreneur who is super successful, talk about three shocking things you didn’t know about being an entrepreneur, something that is out of the ordinary that people want to share. Your content buckets need to be educational, entertainment viral content and this will help you grow so much faster. 

IG stories:

IG stories are so important. If you’re hoping to grow to a thousand followers, stories give people a taste of you, your brand and what you offer. Use those micro stories and micro videos to really show what your business is about. I’m not talking about creating cute graphics. I’m talking about getting your frickin phone out, turning the camera on and talking to your audience. As an entrepreneur you have to be present. You have to let people know who you are because otherwise they’re not going to buy from you. It is very very very important that you get on stories,  that you figure out a story strategy and you show your personality. 

Being authentically you:

Make sure that you are being authentically you. Just be your wacko self! If you are truly a person who is more reserved, don’t try to be super super “Hey guys!” you don’t have to be like that just be yourself and you will attract your crowd, your raving fans, but you have to just be yourself. 

Branding:

Make sure that you have cohesive branding. Your brand is not only your visual branding but it’s also how you show up. It’s the language you use, it’s the way you style your hair, the way you talk.

That is your cohesive brand – not just your text and your font and your colors, but you want to make sure when somebody lands on your page or they’re scrolling through their feed they know that’s your girl.
