Simone McNish is a Seattle-based Certified Diversity Practitioner and Marketing Consultant who helps brands, nonprofits, and organizations turn their values into visibility and their missions into movements. A seasoned content marketer, she brings creativity, clarity, and inclusion into every project. She believes it is essential to include historically excluded communities when creating broad visibility strategies. I have led digital marketing strategies for nonprofits, and I have also audited inclusive employer brand marketing for large nonprofits over the past 6 years. I love helping nonprofits launch their digital footprint and provide “wings” to their mission!

Yes, I conduct workshops aimed at enhancing understanding of inclusive marketing and DEI principles for teams and organizations. I also have a 6 part workshop curriculum that I’ve designed just for entrepreneurs and solopreneurs!
