Hiring Simone to conduct a training for our team was one of the best decisions we've made this year! The topic of DEI feels uncomfortable (and it should!) and she provided such a thoughtful approach and context to explaining all of the different areas of privilege along with the difference between equity and equality. Coming out of our training, we've already met to lay out our DEI roadmap for the rest of the year and are implementing many of the suggestions that she recommended.

Within 3 months of working together, Simone helped me not just to identify my gaps from an organizational standpoint- but actually feel more confident in my own identity.
