What is the process for booking?
Step 1
Get in touch! Fill out the contact form below to share more about the training you are hoping to book.
Step 2
We book a call. After you reach out, we will have a 15-30 minute call to determine if Simone is the right facilitator for the organization.
Step 3
Contract and invoice are sent by Simone, then a date/time for the training is determined once invoice is paid.
Step 4
Pre-training prep call is booked, then Simone customizes training curriculum.
Training Pricing Information
You're getting way more than 90 Minutes.
- Each training requires approximately 10 - 15 hours of prep time to customize to the organization's goals. Each curriculum is tailored to fit the needs of the unique organization and the specific industry. It's not only a 90 minute phone call - I take in all the factors and prepare anything and everything needed to make the best training for you!
- Engaging activities, call facilitations, and post training materials are thoughtfully and thoroughly completed to continue to support the organization's DEI journey well beyond the length of our training session.
- Pricing also reflects my expert level experience gained from facilitating over 150 trainings and my ability to customize relevant material for diverse audiences.

Yes! Please have a budget determined before getting on a call. My prices are transparent for reason and if the organization does not have the budget to pay for a training, it wastes both of our time.
Yes, nonprofit pricing is $3000 for a 90 minute training.
I usually recommend getting all internal buy-in before reaching out. There are many compelling reasons to invest in DEI trainings, but those need to be determined before hiring a facilitator.
