Hi, I'm Simone!

Certified Diversity Practitioner. DEIJ Consultant. Facilitator. Inclusive Communication and Employer Brand Enthusiast.

Since 2019, I have been facilitating conversations around inclusion. The heart of my work is centered around supporting organizations to create more fair work environments for historically excluded folks. As a millennial with a background in communications and marketing, much of my focus is on inclusive communication. Whether it’s facilitating impactful trainings or strategically incorporating inclusive branding, I provide direct and tangible solutions to create and amplify organizational change. I partner with companies that care. They care about their teams, their impact, and truly believe in social responsibility. I approach each organization with focus, honesty and transparency.
